Personal Information
For regulatory and professional reasons I am required to collect information about you when you first join byGeorge such as age and medical history. Your information will be stored securely. I must hold your information for 7 years in order to comply with professional, legal and insurance requirements I must fulfil. 

After the 7 year period I may continue to process some of your information such as your name, address, email address and phone number for future identification purposes of you as a previous client.

The information provided by you, and any information you may later provide, will only ever be used for professional purposes and will not, in any circumstances, be shared with a third party without your written consent.

I adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure of your personal information and any data stored.

Third Party Software

I use Outlook Express and may store your personal information as described in the personal information section if required. Access to this is protected by password. I also place all written consultations/notes in a lockable file.
