CLASSES

byGeorge requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancels (within 24 hours) or failure to attend, will still be charged and the session forfeited.

Refunds for cancellations outside of the 24 hour period will be provided as a credit for your next class. byGeorge does not offer money refunds under any circumstances.

Classes can be rescheduled on the original booking email or via your Acuity account outside the 24 hour cancellation period.

byGeorge is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

byGeorge is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

Payment is required upon booking to the bank account details listed on the booking confirmation. To book into a class you must pay at the time of booking. Please reference the class date on payment.

ONE TO ONE EXPERIENCES

Cancellations for one to one experiences including Pilates, Energy healing and Nutrition sessions can be made via your Acuity account up to 48 hours prior to the start time without penalty. Refunds will be provided as a credit note to your account or you can reschedule the session to a new date on your original booking email. byGeorge does not offer money refunds under any circumstances.

Experiences are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Failure to attend or late cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit.

RETREATS, MOON CEREMONIES & EVENTS

In order to secure venues and programming, byGeorge is required to enter into binding contracts with 3rd parties that do not allow for refunds or cancellation in any instance except for limited instances where “acts of god” render the entire event impossible. As such byGeorge must enforce a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds in any instance.

If you can no longer attend the event, you may offer your place to someone else at the discretion of byGeorge.

I ACKNOWLEDGE

I understand that classes at byGeorge may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or property loss.

By booking into a class, one to one experience, moon ceremony, retreat or event at byGeorge you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
